He has served as a Blue Ribbon, Emmy Voter, casting category since 1994 & has worked effectively with networks in the UK, Japan, Brazil, India, Costa Rica, Canada, Ireland, France, Bahamas, and Russia for 8 consecutive years. As VP, Talent Development with NBCU’s Alternative Programming, Chuck identified, attracted/retained key talent; created new shows; was talent consultant for Alternative Series and Specials, & Executive in Charge of Talent for the globally-acclaimed Miss USA and Miss Universe pageants.
