About Me
Alison Smith is an emotional wound coaching expert specializing in helping young adults identify and heal from dysfunctional relationship patterns, guiding them toward healthy, loving, and fulfilling connections. If you’ve ever found yourself saying, “I feel like I’m losing myself,” “I’m always apologizing even when I did nothing wrong,” or “I feel like I’m walking on eggshells,” Alison is here to help you take your power back. With a unique blend of coaching techniques, she uses music, art, poetry, and creative expression to help you navigate the chaos, rediscover your voice, and rebuild your confidence. As a trauma-certified yoga instructor, holistic healer, and LGBTQIA+ friendly coach, Alison creates a safe and inclusive space for all individuals to explore and heal. She incorporates tools like Reiki, mindfulness, and creative therapies into her practice, making the healing process as empowering as it is transformative. With over five years of experience and a background as a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor, Alison knows how to guide clients through emotional complexities with humor, empathy, and actionable strategies. Alison has worked in diverse settings, including prisons, inpatient substance abuse treatment centers, schools, nursing homes, and community services, giving her a wealth of experience in addressing a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. Her own journey as an Air Force veteran, a Department of Defense employee for 10 years, and a mother of three (including a son with congenital heart disease) gives her a grounded, real-world perspective on overcoming life’s challenges. Whether you’re untangling toxic relationship patterns, navigating self-esteem issues, or simply trying to make sense of emotional wounds, Alison’s approach is all about putting the pieces together and thriving. She’s not here to sugarcoat things or give you a quick fix—she’s here to empower you to heal deeply and intentionally. Ready to start thriving? Connect with her on Instagram @alison_wit_one_l. Healing doesn’t have to be boring—it can be creative, inspiring, and even a little fun!
