About Me
Natural bodybuilder, fitness, workout plans, diets (which don’t suck), lifting, cardio, weight loss/gain expert. Now I can’t guarantee you’ll go from the Pillsbury dough boy (yes that’s actually a picture of me) to Arnold Schwarzenegger overnight, but whatever your goals are, I genuinely want to get you there! I went from a scrawny kid to the most fit guy in a body building gym in Miami. I’m here to educate you on fitness, general health, and everything mentioned above. I do not condone PED’s, supplements, or any other enhancements. My approach is one of longevity, where together we are going to learn the right way to do things and avoid injury while doing it. What’s the number one thing that gets people hurt in the gym? Squatting? Deadlifting? Too much running? It’s actually ego. Diet, diet, diet. You could have the best workout plan in the world, if you’re not taking care of business in the kitchen and at the dinner table, your goals will be significantly more difficult to achieve. Looking like Arnold Schwarzenegger overnight is not possible, I keep expectations real with all my clients. That being said, when you understand that fundamentally, looking great comes down to nothing more than physics, a little chemistry, and biology that’s when your lightbulb will go off. Tracking results is important, but just like the stock market. If you check your portfolio every day, you will always be disappointed with incremental gains or losses. Our goal is to get 1-2% better and more knowledgeable every day. Then we let that “interest” compound over time to achieve amazing results. We are also going to go over recipes, products, and alternatives together, the word “diet” is often misconstrued and carries a negative connotation. Diets DO NOT have to suck, I have eaten cookies, cakes, ice cream, pancakes with syrup, chips, dips, you name it! The name of the game is discipline and consistency. Everyone has the ability to be great, the only thing that differentiates good people from exceptional people are their discipline and consistency.
