He is known for his leadership in the fitness industry and played a significant role in expanding the UFC Gym brand to over 30 countries around the globe. Sedlack has been instrumental in the global fitness industry with experience in over 50 DMA’S and 15 Countries. Starting as a front desk associate in 1994 with Family Fitness, Sedlack worked every position in a gym and eventually became a GM post the 24 hour acquisition of Family Fitness. Mentored by fitness industry expert, Mark Mastrov, Sedlack eventually would rise to the position of Divisional President with 24 Hour, overseeing 4 wall operating success of gyms in Texas, Florida, Nebraska, Kansas, and Missouri. After the sale of 24 Hour, Sedlack joined UFC where he helped grow that organization from one gym in 2009 to over 160(in multiple countries) as the covid years concluded. Sedlack continues to draw off his circle of association that includes Dana White, Alex Rodriguez, Mike Bisping, BJ Penn, Frankie Edgar, and many others that he has the privilege of working with.
